The rules that apply when you buy or use anything from Phantom.
1. Agreement
By purchasing or using any product on this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the products.
2. Licences
A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence for the duration you selected. Sharing, reselling or redistributing keys, loaders or files ends your licence without a refund.
3. Acceptable use
Products are provided as-is. You are responsible for how you use them and for following the rules of any game or service you use them with.
4. Availability
Products can change, pause or be discontinued at any time. Status updates are posted on the Status page and in our Discord.
5. Refunds
Refunds are available when a product does not function as advertised and support cannot resolve the issue. Contact support before requesting a chargeback.
6. Liability
Phantom is not liable for account actions, losses or damages resulting from the use of our products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
